Returns & Refunds

At JSR CORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Custom, made-to-order, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at jsrjewels@gmail.com or call (832) 633-5070 within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and reason for return.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange pickup for eligible items.

Note: Returns shipped back without prior approval may be refused.


3. Return Shipping / Pickup

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping or pickup fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If an item is returned damaged or used, a partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or special-order furniture

  • Open-box or clearance items

  • Assembled or used items

  • Gift cards


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
