At JSR CORE, we strive to deliver your furniture safely and efficiently. Our shipping policy outlines how and when your order will arrive, what to expect, and how to get help if needed.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Local Delivery (Houston Area): We offer local delivery within the Houston area. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • Standard Shipping (Outside Houston): For areas outside our local delivery range, we use reliable freight and courier partners to ship your furniture.

  • Curbside Delivery: Most large furniture items are delivered curbside. White-glove delivery (inside delivery, assembly, and setup) may be available for an extra fee upon request.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • You will see all applicable shipping charges at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on certain items or during promotional periods.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Local Deliveries: Usually completed within 3–7 business days of order processing.

  • Out-of-State Deliveries: Generally arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier availability.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or supply chain issues. We’ll keep you updated on any changes.

5. Delivery Inspection & Damages

Please inspect all items upon delivery.

  • If you notice damage or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours at jsrjewels@gmail.com or (832) 633-5070.

  • Photos of the damage may be required to process a replacement or refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available. For local deliveries, our team will coordinate directly with you.

7. Shipping Limitations

  • We currently only ship within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
